3. Eligibility
You must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- have authority to connect data sources you authorise
- provide accurate account information
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Accounts & Authentication
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security
- safeguarding authentication credentials
- safeguarding MCP/API tokens
- controlling access to shared dashboards and links
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
ConsoleViewer may suspend or terminate accounts where security risks or abuse are detected.
5. Connected Data Sources
By connecting external services, you authorise ConsoleViewer to access data made available through those integrations. This may include:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Bing Webmaster Tools
- Vercel
- future integrations
ConsoleViewer uses read-only access where applicable and does not modify external platform settings unless explicitly stated.
You retain ownership of your connected data.
6. Subscription Plans
ConsoleViewer may offer Free, Pro, and future Agency subscription tiers.
Features, limits, retention periods, and usage allowances may vary between plans.
Current or future limitations may apply to:
- historical data access
- keyword tracking
- AI usage
- share links
- project grouping
- MCP access
- integrations
- exports
- reporting capabilities
Features and pricing may change over time.
7. Billing & Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing where applicable.
You are responsible for:
- applicable taxes
- maintaining valid payment details
- reviewing invoices and subscription status
Failure to pay may result in:
- subscription downgrade
- feature restriction
- account suspension
Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.
8. Reasonable Use Policy
Free and paid plans are subject to reasonable operational use.
ConsoleViewer reserves the right to apply safeguards, restrictions, throttling, or suspension where usage patterns create infrastructure abuse, threaten service stability, attempt scraping or automation abuse, or materially exceed intended platform usage.
This includes excessive:
- imports
- AI requests
- API calls
- share generation
- automated usage patterns
9. AI Features & Outputs
ConsoleViewer may provide AI-generated:
- summaries
- recommendations
- opportunity analysis
- workflow suggestions
- operational explanations
AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
ConsoleViewer does not guarantee:
- accuracy
- completeness
- ranking improvements
- business outcomes
- SEO performance
Users remain responsible for validating decisions and actions taken based on AI-generated content.
10. Share Links & Presentation Mode
Users may create shareable:
- dashboard links
- presentation views
- client-facing reports
Users are responsible for:
- managing link visibility
- revoking links where necessary
- ensuring appropriate sharing permissions
Anyone with access to a public share link may be able to view the associated data.
11. MCP & API Access
ConsoleViewer may provide MCP/API access for workflow integrations and external tooling.
You agree not to:
- abuse APIs
- attempt unauthorised access
- bypass rate limits
- reverse engineer the platform
- disrupt infrastructure
- share tokens insecurely
ConsoleViewer may revoke tokens or restrict access where abuse or security concerns arise.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services unlawfully
- interfere with platform operation
- scrape or automate beyond permitted use
- upload malicious code
- attempt unauthorised access
- impersonate others
- resell access without permission
- use the Services for spam or deceptive activity
13. Availability & Service Changes
ConsoleViewer is provided on an “as available” basis.
We may modify features, change integrations, adjust limits, update interfaces, remove functionality, or perform maintenance.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
14. Intellectual Property
ConsoleViewer and its associated branding, software, interfaces, designs, and systems remain the property of ConsoleViewer and its licensors.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.
Users retain ownership of their connected platform data.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by the ConsoleViewer Privacy Policy.
16. Termination
You may stop using ConsoleViewer at any time.
ConsoleViewer may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, abuse is detected, security risks arise, payment obligations fail, or operational integrity is threatened.
Certain data may remain retained for legal, operational, security, or compliance purposes.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
ConsoleViewer is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability
- error-free operation
- ranking improvements
- SEO outcomes
- traffic growth
- AI accuracy
- compatibility with third-party platforms
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsoleViewer shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of profits
- loss of rankings
- loss of traffic
- data loss
- business interruption
- reliance on AI-generated insights
- third-party platform changes
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ConsoleViewer during the previous 12 months.
19. Third-Party Services
ConsoleViewer integrates with third-party platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, Vercel, Stripe, and other connected services.
By connecting third-party accounts, you authorise ConsoleViewer to access approved data using the permissions granted during authentication.
ConsoleViewer only requests the minimum level of access required to provide its analytics, reporting, automation, and operational monitoring features.
Users remain responsible for maintaining valid access rights to connected third-party services and may revoke integrations at any time through their respective provider settings.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published on the ConsoleViewer website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
