ConsoleViewer uses read-only access only and does not modify Search Console settings or properties.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
If authorised by you, ConsoleViewer may access:

- Traffic and acquisition data
- Conversion-related reporting data

ConsoleViewer uses read-only access only and does not modify analytics configuration or settings.
Bing Webmaster Tools
If authorised by you, ConsoleViewer may access:

Access is read-only.
Deployment & Operational Integrations
If connected by you, ConsoleViewer may access deployment metadata and operational timeline events from supported platforms such as:
- Vercel
- Netlify (future support)
- other operational integrations added over time
This data may include deployment timestamps, environment names, deployment states, and related operational metadata.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- provide dashboards and reporting
- generate AI summaries and operational insights
- display overlays and timeline correlations
- identify opportunities, visibility changes, and ranking movement
- support project grouping and portfolio analysis
- provide MCP/API integrations
- generate shareable presentation links
- process subscriptions and billing
- maintain service reliability and abuse prevention
- improve product performance and user experience
4. AI Features
ConsoleViewer may use AI providers and language models to generate:
- summaries
- operational insights
- visibility explanations
- opportunity recommendations
- workflow assistance
AI-generated outputs are informational only and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users should independently validate important decisions or recommendations.
We do not use customer-connected analytics or search data to train public AI models.
5. OAuth & Permissions
ConsoleViewer uses OAuth authentication and only requests permissions necessary to provide platform functionality.
Current permissions may include:
- Google Search Console read-only access
- Google Analytics read-only access
- Bing Webmaster access
- profile/email identification scopes
ConsoleViewer does not request permission to:
- modify Search Console properties
- modify GA4 settings
- send emails on behalf of users
- manage advertising accounts
- access unrelated Google services
Users may revoke access at any time through their provider account settings.
6. Billing & Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
ConsoleViewer does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
Billing-related information may include:
- subscription status
- invoices
- billing email
- customer identifiers
- plan metadata
Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to payment processing activities.
7. Share Links & Client Presentations
ConsoleViewer may allow users to generate:
- share links
- presentation links
- client-facing dashboard views
These links may be accessible to anyone with the link unless additional restrictions are enabled. Users are responsible for managing and revoking shared links where appropriate.
8. MCP Access Tokens
ConsoleViewer may provide MCP/API access tokens for external workflow integrations.
Users are responsible for:
- securely storing tokens
- preventing unauthorised access
- revoking compromised tokens
Tokens should be treated like passwords.
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
ConsoleViewer uses cookies and related technologies to:
- maintain authentication sessions
- remember preferences
- support analytics
- improve platform functionality
- manage consent preferences
We may also use analytics technologies including Google Analytics. Where consent is required, measurement technologies are loaded only after consent is granted through our c15t consent controls.

Google Services and OAuth Access
ConsoleViewer uses Google OAuth authentication to connect user-approved Google services including Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
When a user connects their Google account, ConsoleViewer may request read-only access to:
- Google Search Console performance data
- Google Analytics reporting data
- Basic account profile information required for authentication
This access is used solely to provide analytics dashboards, reporting, trend analysis, AI summaries, overlays, exports, and operational insights within the ConsoleViewer platform.
ConsoleViewer does not:
- modify Google Search Console or Google Analytics data
- manage Google Ads campaigns
- share or sell user data to third parties

11. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect user information, including:
- encrypted transport (HTTPS)

No system can guarantee absolute security.

ConsoleViewer relies on third-party providers and infrastructure services including, but not limited to:
- Microsoft/Bing
- Stripe

- Neon
- Supabase
- Resend
- OpenAI and/or AI infrastructure providers
- Upstash/Redis infrastructure providers
These providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
